In a brief report in the 1 March issue of the journal (Yolken RH, Bachmann S, Ruslanova I, et al. Antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in individuals with first-episode schizophrenia. Clin Infect Dis 2001; 32:842–4), coauthor Inna Ruslanova's surname was spelled incorrectly in the author list.

In an article in the 1 March issue of the journal (Ho PL, Tse WS, Tsang KWT, et al. Risk factors for acquisition of levofloxacin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae: a case-control study. Clin Infect Dis 2001; 32:701–7), 2 errors were made. In sentence 9 (which begins “The levels that…”) in the penultimate paragraph of the Results section, the mean peak level and the mean trough level should be c3.14 µg/mL” and “1.11 µg/mL,” respectively (not “3.14 µg/L” and “1.11 µg/L”). In addition, the end of sentence 2 in paragraph 7 of the Discussion should read “…a single 500-mg oral dose of levofloxacin” (not “…a single 500-mg oral dose of fluoroquinolones”). The journal regrets these errors.
