This chapter considers the application of stock and flow analysis to Fixprice macroeconomics. Even within this limited field there are two kinds of model to be considered. The chapter focuses on the first, based upon that which was used by Keynes in the General Theory. It is not the same as the Keynes model; but it has an unmistakable relation to the Keynes model, and it is by that relation that it is easiest to recognize and remember it.
