Part I discusses financial assistance available due to disability. Part II considers medical issues, including policies through which medical benefits are available. Part III focuses on policies that provide services such as housing, services to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and services for substance abusing women. A chapter summary is presented in Part IV.
