Cancer of the penis occurs infrequently in North America and Europe, and generally in populations and cultures that practice neonatal or childhood circumcision. International incidence data indicate that penile cancer is more common in Africa, South America, and some parts of Asia. This chapter reviews the epidemiology of penile cancer.
