The chapter examines in detail the trial and witnesses' testimonies of one family accused of Judaizing. To develop patterns of behavior and analyze particular tendencies, excerpts from Inquisition dossiers have been used. An analysis of judaizers in the postmessianic period serves to exemplify the continuing activities of the Inquisition in Castile and the determination of the inquisitors to quash any judaizing proclivities, even in one unimposing town.
