The author narrates the differences that arose between him and Captain S., explains his reasons for leaving England, and his return to India. Among the people of England, there was no one who could either write or read the Persian language; however, many were exceedingly anxious to learn. This being the case, Captain S., Doctor Fulton, Captain Steel, and other great people consulted with one another and asked the author to remain in England for some time (as a teacher). Captain S. promised him that he intends to take the author with him when he travels to the different countries of Europe.
