This chapter presents a number of large theses of consequence in largely a summary way, and for lack of time leaves out some essential interconnections and supporting arguments. It presents an overall view, even at the risk of seeming unduly asseverative, rather than deal with a narrow and limited problem. This, of course, is a value judgement but instead of arguing for it, which would be here unseemly, the author proceeds instead to act on it.
