Against Property Freedoms

This chapter considers various arguments against property freedoms. Topics discussed include interior and ulterior limitations, fetishism, disparities in wealth, and domination-potential. It shows that none of the anti-property-freedom arguments considered yields the conclusion that any of the freedoms vouchsafed by the ownership spectrum are, intrinsically, to be excluded from the just society. They are never sacrosanct, but as freedoms they have prima facie value.
