This chapter gathers some applications for stationary flows in two and three dimensions in space of shape optimization using the ingredients of this book. The configurations range from inviscid and to those requiring a turbulence modelling. Both internal and external flows are considered. In particular, it shows how to adapt to incomplete sensitivity concept if the original problem is outside its validity domain.
