This chapter focuses on the question of whether or not Natural Class Trope Nominalism is consistent with the fact that some properties stand to each other in the determination relation. There is a prima facie case to be made that Natural Class Trope Nominalism is not consistent with some of the main features of the determination relation. It is argued that Natural Class Trope Nominalism can answer this objection, if it is combined with property counterpart theory.
