Gérard Ambroselli exhibited at various annual salons in Paris between 1927 and 1935: the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon des Tuileries and the Salon d'Automne where, in 1935, he showed ten etchings intended for Abel Bonnard's Venice. He also painted a great deal in Italy.
