Giuseppe Angelini studied drawing under Niccolo Ricciolini and sculpture under the direction of Cavaceppi. He lived variously in Naples, Rome, Paris and London. He worked on the decoration of St Peter's in Rome as well as on the Vatican and the Capitol. One of his best examples of
