Painter. Figures, portraits, still-lifes, flowers.

Having fought in the Polish liberation campaign, Georges Ascher arrived in Paris in 1925 from Warsaw. A Jewish artist of the École de Paris, he was deported and died in Auschwitz. Only a few of his works remain, of which several have been shown in collective exhibitions
