Painter. Landscapes, seascapes, still-lifes.

Baboulet studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. His paintings seek to render reality as closely as possible, often making use of trompe-l'oeil effects. His still-lifes, in particular, recall 18th-century art.

He has exhibited at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts, of which he became president,
