Sculptor.

From his early childhood, Joseph A. Bailly lived in the USA, where he worked as a wood engraver. Later he became a sculptor and for a long time taught at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Among his works are a statue of Washington (1869) placed in front of Government House
