Bernard Baron was the pupil and son-in-law of Nicolas Tardieu. Amongst his works, mention should be made of the engravings provided for the well-known publisher Boydell in London, where he worked until his death. He went to London in 1712 with Claude du Bosc to work on the engravings of murals
