[not available online]Son of François Bellay. Studied under Picot and Henriquel-Dupont. He was awarded the 1852 Prix de Rome for his engraving work. As of 1861, he exhibited watercolours and engravings on a regular basis. For the most part, his engravings are after works by Raphael.
