Born 15 October 1874, in Paris; died 1947.

Painter. Nudes, portraits, still-lifes, flowers.

Biloul studied under Benjamin-Constant (1845-1902) and Jean-Paul Laurens (1838-1921). Between 1900 and 1938, he exhibited his portraits and nudes at the Salon des Artistes Français. As a member, and classified hors concours (out of competition selections), he won a third-class medal in 1904, a second-class medal in 1909,
