Painter (gouache), engraver (wood), illustrator. Still-lifes, landscapes.
Bischoff illustrated numerous literary works, among them Daisy Ashford's The Young Visiters, Cazotte's Devil in Love (Diable Amoureux), Benjamin Constant's Adolphe (together with Constant's Cahier Rouge), and the Song of the Rhône (Chant de Notre Rhône) by C.F. Ramuz. He exhibited at the Salon d'Automne in 1927 and 1928.
