Painter. Landscapes with figures, urban landscapes, architectural views.

Boucart was taught by Gustave Moreau, Aimé Morot, François Flameng and Fernand Cormon at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He painted landscapes, country scenes, church interiors but mainly views of Venice and its architecture. From 1913 to 1939 he exhibited at the Salon of the Société des Artistes
