Engraver.

Thomas Burke was a pupil of John Dixon, though his style was derived from that of Bartolozzi and Earlom. His engravings, mainly after Cipriani and Angelica Kauffmann, were almost always printed in red or brown. They date from 1772 to 1791 and are sought after by collectors. His work includes 27 plates
