Achille Carillo was a Neapolitan painter. He exhibited three works at the national exhibition of the fine arts in Parma, in 1870: Impressions of the Countryside (watercolour); Lake in the Mountains (watercolour); and The Voice that Cries in the Desert (oil painting).
