Karl the Younger studied under the tutelage of his father and of K. Gossow, professor at the school of arts and trades in Berlin. His works include Title of an Address presented on the occasion of their golden wedding to the emperor and empress of Germany. He exhibited at the royal academy of Berlin from 1878.
