Painter.

Louis Duseigneur initially studied with Vibert and Danguin in the art school in Lyons from 1859 to 1860, and then with Gleyre and Yvon in Paris. He exhibited in both cities, in Paris from 1865 and in Lyons from 1867, showing landscapes in oils, watercolour and etchings, and genre and figure scenes
