Born 29 June 1845, in Kladruby in the castle of the Windischgratz family; died 1896, in Vienna.

Painter. Portraits, genre scenes, landscapes.

Born in Bohemia, Anton Ebert trained first at the art academy in Prague and then in Vienna under Waldmüller. He initially painted genre scenes of peaceful family life with children and portraits. Later he painted landscapes, particularly of the surroundings
