[not available online]The son and pupil of Eimmart the Elder, this artist was made a member of the Nuremberg academy, and later, as an astronomer, he became director of the Nuremberg observatory. He illustrated Christophe Weigel's Bible and the Mundus Mirabilis by Johann Zahn.
