Louis Eugène Evrard studied at the Académie Julian with Laurens from 1931 to 1936 and exhibited several times in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français, Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and Salon d'Automne. His favourite subjects were interiors and seascapes. His figurative style is entirely traditional.
