Painter.

William Forsyth was a pupil at the Royal Academy, Munich, and a member of the American Watercolor Society. He was awarded a medal in Munich in 1885, a silver (watercolour) and a bronze (painting) at the St Louis Exhibition of 1904, and won the Holcomb Prize in 1904.
