Poetic Reality.

Georgette Guilbaud began painting at the age of 16, and studied in Paris from 1932 to 1937 at the Académies Julian and Colarossi. She frequently travelled and worked in Africa, and exhibited with the Salon des Artistes Français (of which she became a member in 1958), winning a jury commendation
