Born 14 December 1854, in Mainz; died 1923, in Munich.
Engraver.
From 1875 to 1882, Peter von Halm studied with Raab and Lofliz at the fine arts academy in Munich, where he rapidly acquired a reputation and was appointed a professor. His original etchings, portraits, genre subjects, landscapes and views are held in high regard.
