Sculptor.

Karl Hartung studied sculpture at the school of arts and crafts in Hamburg from 1925 to 1929. He then spent three years in Paris, where he was the pupil of Bourdelle, although he was more receptive to the art of Maillol and Despiau. He became a professor at the school
