Born 8 April 1848, in Aix (Bouches-du-Rhône).

Sculptor.

Hugoulin was a pupil of A. Dumont. From 1876, he began exhibiting busts and sculptures on fantasy subjects at the Paris Salon. He won a second-class medal in 1876. Hugoulin also sculpted the medallions in the friezes on the lateral pavilions of the Musée de Toulon (Var), France.
