Born 15 February 1794, in Nancy; died 25 November 1874, in Paris.

Sculptor.

Georges Jacquot was a pupil of Bosio from 1813 and studied at Paris' College of Fine Arts. In 1817 he came second in the Prix de Rome and in 1820 was awarded first prize.

He featured at the Paris Salon from 1817 to 1857. His most significant works are: Bust
