Marie Victoire Jaquotot was a pupil of Leguay, and subsequently Painter to the King and to the royal porcelain factory known as the Manufacture de Sèvres. From 1790 to 1836, she exhibited at the Salon subjects from life and after the masters. In 1807, after the Peace
