Born 15 June 1838, in Vienna; died 9 June 1919, in Vienna.


Carl Kundmann was made a Chevalier of the Légion d'Honneur in 1878. In 1879 and 1888, he won gold medals in Berlin. His works include a statue of The Abbé Reittenberger in Marienbad and a low relief for the tomb of Countess Hanna Szechenyi-Erdödy in Gross Zinkendorf.
