Born 21 February 1809, in Poultousk; died 14 August 1891, in Avallon, France.

Painter, watercolourist.

After the Polish revolution of 1831, Kwiatkovski emigrated to France and entered the École des Beaux-Arts, where he studied with Léon Cogniet. He exhibited at the Paris Salons in 1839 and 1870.
