Sculptor, engraver.

François Ladatte won the first Prix de Rome in 1729. He was made an associate of the Académie des Beaux-Arts on 29 January 1736 and a member on 30 December 1741. He worked in Paris from the age of 14 and exhibited there from 1737 to 1743. The
