Born 1855, in Grémilly; died c. 1924, in Paris.

Sculptor. Animals.

Prosper Lecourtier trained with Frémiet and Coutant. He exhibited at the Salon de la Société des Artistes Français in Paris, and was awarded a third-class medal (1880), a second-class medal (1879), a bronze medal for the Exposition Universelle (1900) and a first-class medal (1902).
