A member of the Nabis group, Gustave Leheutre, a pupil of Henri Gervex, engraved over 200 prints, including: Chartres Cathedral La Rochelle, The Trawlers of La Rochelle and The Maison Rouge. He also illustrated Fromentin's Dominique. He first showed at the Salon des Artistes
