Born 1784, in Paris; died 23 May 1873, in Rome.

Sculptor.

Paul Lemoyne won third prize in the 1808 Prix de Rome and exhibited at the Salon from 1814 to 1837. In 1817 he won a second-class medal and was made a Chevalier of the Légion d'Honneur in 1837. In Rome he produced a Bust of Poussin for the church of San Lorenzo
