Jeanne Lombard was a student of Krug in Paris. Upon her return to Switzerland, she exhibited at the Federal Salon. She also participated in exhibitions in Geneva and Neuchâtel, and also in Lyons (1894). In 1908 she was one of the founders of the Société Suisse des Femmes Peintres Sculpteurs
