Born 1673 or 1675, in Szokolya; died 6 August 1756, in Dresden, in 1757 according to some sources.


Manyoki studied first with Scheitz, then in Paris at the studio of Largillière. After that, he spent time in Holland, Hamburg, Hungary, Berlin, and finally Dresden, where he was appointed court painter in 1713. His connections with the traitor Clement forced him
