Painter. Religious subjects.

Giuseppe Marullo was the pupil of Massimo Stanzioni. He copied the style of Ribera. He painted mainly religious subjects for churches in Naples and the surrounding area, notably Immaculate Conception for the church of S Giacomo Maggiore. His style belongs with Bolognese Classicism.
