Born 1899, in Tempio Pausania, Sardinia; died 1979, in Turin.

Painter.

Francesco Menzio settled in Turin and studied at the Albertini academy. He played a substantial role in the renewal of artistic life in Turin. He travelled to Paris in 1912, meeting Modigliani and becoming acquainted with the work of the Fauves. In 1929, he aligned himself with the Group of Six.
