Sculptor.

Franz Metzner lived in Berlin from 1892 to 1903 before teaching from 1903 to 1906 at the college of applied arts in Vienna, subsequently returning to Berlin to set up his studio. He is noted for the Stelzhammer Monument in Linz (1908), a monument
