Painter, miniaturist.

Frédéric Millet was a pupil of Aubry, Pernot and Isabey. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1806 to 1859, winning second-class medals in 1817 and 1824, and a first-class medal in 1827. Millet was one of his period's more accomplished miniaturists.
