Jens Møller-Jensen studied at the Kunstakademi in Copenhagen and in Italy. He was the founder of the Model-Bohave School, which favoured traditional painting styles over what it termed 'over-depersonalised imitation' of other styles. Moller-Jensen is noted for his decorative frescoes for Copenhagen city hall.
