Born 17 October 1831, in Paris; died 12 June 1865, in Paris.

Sculptor.

François Clément Moreau was admitted to the École des Beaux-Arts on 4 April 1850, where he studied under Pradier, Simard and Mathurin Moreau. He was awarded a medal in 1865, and exhibited busts and fantastical subjects at the Paris Salon from 1853 to 1865.
