Born 16 January 1690, in Orléans; died 26 October 1762, in Paris.

Engraver (burin).

Jean Moyreau was apprenticed to Bon de Boullogne. He engraved religious subjects, landscapes, genre subjects after Watteau and Philips Wouwerman (among others). On 29 December 1736, he was appointed as an Académicien. He exhibited at the Salon from 1737 to 1761.
