Francisque Noailly trained under Boulanger and Tony Robert-Fleury. He completed his military service in Algeria, where he also married and settled. He became a member of the Société des Artistes Algériens et Orientalistes. He received the Grand Prix of the Union Artistique de l'Afrique du Nord in 1935.
